Categories of Plastic baler and Specialty Plastic balers

Industries and large institutions need to handle bulk quantity of materials for processing. It will be easy to handle materials when they are compressed and made into small size. This compression is very convenient for handling and for transportation. Machines doing such job are known as balers and contractors. Balers compress materials and bind them into a convenient shape and size so that it will be easy to handle. These balers work in two methodologies; one is vertical and the other is horizontal.

Among many types of balers, plastic balers are specially designed and produced for dealing various plastic materials.

Some categories of plastic balers are:

•    High Density Polyethylene [HDPE]: These plastic balers are meant for compressing and shaping food containers, milk jugs, food containers for sour cream, margarine, toys, oil bottles and outdoor containers.
•    Polyethylene Terephthalate [PET]: This is for soda bottles, cosmetic containers, medicine containers and water bottles.
•    Low Density Polyethylene [LDPE]: These are for plastic wrap, shrink wrap and garment bags.
•    Polypropylene [PP]: bottle tops, refrigerator containers and carpets.
•    Polystyrene [PS]: meat packing material, throw away utensils and protective packaging.

Usually, plastic balers used for one type is meant for compressing that type of plastic only. This is because they provide certain features like pressure so that memory factors overcome the features that help to produce denser bales holding tighter. Moreover, these balers follow some techniques to remove the memory in the plastic.

Some specialty plastic baler:
•    Shrink Wrap Baler
•    Plastic Jug baler
•    Bottle Can baler
•    Plastic wrap mini-baler
