The use of roll packer and mobile pack bin in recycling waste materials

• The mobile roll packers

In these types of roller packers, the compaction and crushing of wastes is done in several open containers and the length of these containers can go up to almost 7m. There is also provision for continuous feeding of waste.

• The transportable roll packers

In transportable roll packers, there is mobile compaction of several solid waste materials in several open containers and this compaction method takes place in different parts of a city or a locality.

Mobile pack bins:

The mobile pack bin is also used to collect all the solid wastes which can contain plastic, metal and also paper and wooden wastes. They are also the types of compactors which are of great use in the process of waste management and recycling of wet and damp waste materials.

There can be two types of mobile pack bin. These include the following:

• The normal mobile pack bins:

These pack bins are especially good to refuse and wet waste materials. These bins can save a lot of space, although they themselves are quite spacious, and they are operated with the help of electro-hydraulic drive and skip-lift technology. These bins also come in modular designs and in many shapes and colors according to different requirements of the customers.

• The Alpha packs mobile bins

This type of mobile pack bin operates on the principle of overthrow blade positioning which is very good for cardboard boxes, paper wastes, and aluminium or tin foils. They are available in roll-off tipper versions.
